Picnics! You see them all over instagram as the latest trend. They all look so perfect and carefully planned. You want to plan your very own instagramable picnic but don’t know where to begin? This guide is exactly for you!
6 ESSENTIALS FOR INSTAGRAMABLE PICNIC
- Dress to Impress: A maxi summer dress is the ideal outfit for an instagramable picnic. Perhaps, you might want to wear a dress with flower print or another sort of twist, and of course a summer hat; This will look great in your photos!
- Fruits and Snacks: Think of food that is healthy, delicious and also photographs well. It should also be food that is easy to pack and eat on-the-go. I opted for a variety of fruits and a few healthy coconut cookies I picked up from the local grocery store.
- The perfect blanket/towel: I’ve recently received a colourful beach towel from Tesalate. They make such cute towels which would be perfect for a picnic at the beach. It is a really good quality and it is the ultimate instagramable accessory for your picnic or holiday.
- Pack the right Accessories: A picnic hamper is obviously a must. A side from that, you will also need placemats, cutlery, flowers, and that extra accessory that is just for the photos. For me, it was candles, but feel free to get creative.
- Champagne & Strawberries: No instagramable picnic is complete without a pink champagne. Do I need to say why?!?
- The location: No matter where you live you can always find an instagramable location. This can be by a lake, river, or even just at the local park. My favourite places include beautiful flower gardens or on a palace’s grounds. Utilising my location in England, it is easy to find beautiful Manor houses, Palaces and Castles.
